I’d come home from work, change, crash on the sofa for 20 minutes…look at the clock & think “I have to be up by…” 20 minutes later I’d be awake & within a few minutes I’d be on my way to school about 35 minutes away. I’m retired now but I truly enjoy by short naps…usually still 2o minutes. And then ready to go again.
