Kristin, I love to hear about where you live and your lifestyle! I, too, love coffee in the morning. Will occasionally have a cup of tea in the afternoon or chamomile just before bed. But, I do find I am not drinking as much water, especially in the winter. As I was reading your post, I got up and drank a big glass! We need reminders! So fun that Tessa was here in Phoenix and there in the Northwoods and now off to Chas! Missed you so much last week but I know we will gather again soon. Great post!
