Thanks for all this, especially the one on posture. I’m working on that too of late and never heard this tip. It’s hard to know when you actually look straight. I love your jumper. Is it available nowadays?

Thank you so very much for this post. It’s one that I will share with my family and friends because of the message. I am 74 years old and have finally been gaining more confidence as the years have passed. I just think that comes with age, the experiences one has and being alone after a divorce or death of a spouse which throws you right into sink or swim! Luckily, I have always been a strong woman (sometimes to a fault!?), and able to cope and face what is in front of me. My Mom was the same way and if she could face raising 7 children on her own, I could certainly do what needed to be done, too! She gave me confidence to figure it out and just do it. So, I did and I have. My daughters and granddaughter are the same strong women and saw that there is no time for slacking. Confidence? Not always, but enough to accomplish what was in front of me. And about standing tall…a must! You just feel better physically, and the more you do it, the stronger you feel not only in body, but even more importantly, in your mind! This is all valuable information to young and old…thank you again for sharing!! You are fulfilling God’s purpose for you!

You Got This!! You are doing a great job , and I enjoy reading about your cabin life. I’m just the opposite and was blessed with plenty of self confidence. But , your writing reminded me of hearing my Mother always say ….HOLD YOUR SHOULDERS UP! Thanks for sharing that with others. If you appear confident them you will BE confident! I recently mentored a young person nervous about speaking in public. After some words of encouragement , she has developed into a strong woman, and has secured a high profile job in our town . Sometimes, all it takes is someone to remind YOU or others of all their potential.!. That is also a special gift . You have just done that today ! Thanks!
