How are you spending your Saturday?
I’m prepping for friends coming over for dinner.
We went out to eat last weekend and the whole experience was blah so I decided this weekend Camp Paradise, our cabin, would be the Supper Club.
I’m doing a Greek theme with a hummus board and baked feta on the coffee table to start the night.
Meatballs, rice, a tomato & cucumber salad and tsiki sauce for dinner.
And lemon squares and raspberry gelato for dessert.
I chose this menu because it gave me the most time with my guests and it was a crowd pleaser for a variety of food preferences.
The meatballs were premade and just had to go in the oven.
It was all so beautiful, but I was fully in the moment I didn’t take my own photos.
