I love to add a few Valentine decor touches when February rolls around. Some of my Vintage pieces make it easy to layer in for the Holiday.

I am so excited to be participating in the Vintage Valentine’s Day Blog Hop organized by one of my favorite bloggers, Amber of Follow the Yellow Brick Home. If you are coming over from Beauty For Ashes Home, welcome. Didn’t you love her post? She always inspires me!
Vintage Cameras + Family Wedding Photos
One of my favorite things to collect are vintage cameras. I love adding them in when styling my bookcases near favorite photos. They are also displayed in the guesthouse above the wetbar, a perfect ode to vacation!
For Valentine’s Day this year I decided to decorate our Great Room mantel with old family wedding photos. My parents and grandparents and Brian’s parents and grandparents beautiful wedding day pictures are such a testament of their life long love and example to us.
Vintage Crate
One of my favorite finds in the last year was this old yellow crate. It’s been stored away and waiting to make its February debut. I just love it’s colors and type! I found on line that Lovit Soft Drinks were made by Fitzger’s out of Duluth, MN in the 1930s.
Vintage Cards
There is nothing sweeter than Vintage Valentine Cards.
Vintage Vases
Those beautiful flowers you are gifted by your sweetheart, put them in a vintage vase. Milk glass, McCoy pottery and green glass vases are a few of my favorites.
Vintage Love Poems
I love collecting old books. Set out Vintage books of Love Poems during the Season. My favorite one is my plaid Lady of the Lake by Sir Walter Scott.
There’s always a perfect season to add in Vintage decor and non more special than Valentine’s Day.
Below you will find a list and links of all the amazing blogs on the tour. If you are going in order, next you will head to my talented friend Kelly of The Tattered Pew .

They look great on your mantel and I’ll be that every single person who visits you will walk over to the mantel to examine the photographs more closely. That Lovit crate is perfect for Valentine’s Day decor. What a great find! I’ve not heard of that brand and I’m glad that you told us where it originated.

Such a breathtaking and unique Valentine’s Day decor! My only regret is not discovering this post sooner so I could incorporate some of these details in my home. However, I do think some of your tips can be used at any time of the year, which is something I’m planning to do. As you’ve said, there’s always a perfect season to add in vintage decor and I couldn’t agree more.
