Memorial Day kicks off the summer season at the lake. Patriotic decor and entertaining themes work well for us all season long so I love finding new ideas to inspire me. Here are some of my favorites. I like them because they are easy while still being beautiful.

Foods

Get the kids involved in this simple craft and use it to decorate your porch or hang from the trees. Inside you can drape them from your mantel.

Paint Mason jars with stars and stripes, then add flowers. This centerpiece is easy and inexpensive.
