New Logo + Look for White Arrows Home

You may have noticed that the White Arrows Home website has a new look. I’m excited to share with you my new logo and branding along with my updated site.

I have long admired the branding and websites developed by Bliss and Tell Creative. One of the milestones I had set for myself was hit a few months ago and that gave me the go ahead to reach out to B & T. Bliss and Tell has developed branding and websites for some of my favorite bloggers (ones you will love to follow too!):

Behind the Design

I loved the process Bliss and Tell took me through to look at my branding. Knowing that I loved the logo I was currently using, they had a big task ahead. They had me think through my goals and evaluate where I am and where I want to go.

A brand statement was developed:

White Arrows Home is a beautifully curated boutique-like blog sharing a warm and cozy mix of seasonal design ideas, inspirational style and personal journeys. A Northwoods inspired lifestyle brand appealing to a local and national audience that finds joy in discovering Kristin’s authentic approach to life UP NORTH.

We came up with an inspiration board to try and get a clear picture of the story White Arrows Home tells. Under B & T’s direction more neutral colors were chosen to be the backdrop of my often bold and colorful photos.

In trying to understand my business, they developed a color scheme, a logo, a secondary logo, an icon and personalized patterns.

Drumroll please… Introducing my new White Arrows Home- Northwoods Living logo. Keeping the iconic white arrows of the Northwoods that inspired my company name was a priority for me.

The icon for White Arrows Home with no wording is just the pine branch with white arrow signs and my WAH monogram.

They developed a secondary logo that looks great when I need a horizontal image.

My personalized pattern is so much fun! It incorporates all the parts of my logo and icon with white arrow signs of cottage + camp + cabin + home.

Keeping a plaid or buffalo check pattern incorporated was important to me.

When Bliss and Tell was choosing my color scheme I loved the colors and the names they gave: Evergreen, Leather, Lake Deck, Birch, Night Sky and Snow. The perfect colors for The Northwoods.

White Arrows Home LLC is a job so I spend a lot of time working on my blog, videos, social media and projects. It is a job that I love!
