How are you spending your Saturday?

I’m working on some book deadlines down at our getaway where I was expecting Spring weather and have been watching the craziest weather. Almost every hour its switched between snow flurries coming down like soap flakes, then sleet, then sunshine. It makes me feel like I’ve been sitting here for days of different weather instead of just a Saturday.

WEEKLY WANDERLUST

I’m excited to be heading down to Iowa for my son’s football family picnic. Their last practice of Spring football they open up for families to come watch and then close with a gathering. It’s a fun excuse to see him and way to get excited for next season. Mostly, I’m just excited to see him!

My older daughter went up to stay with my younger one and they are having a sister weekend, which I just love!

I hosted bookclub at my house this week. I love being with my book club friends, we have so much fun and great conversation. We are a book club that does love to read and actually discusses the books each month, but we talk about plenty of other topics too. LOL!
