Kristin Lenz shares her Christmas Porch Decorations inspired by traditional Christmas colors, birch and Santa himself.
Our porch and our mantel are my two favorite spaces to decorate. I love changing them up for the Seasons. And every year I think what I’ve done is my favorite. Three things were my inspiration for this year. I knew I wanted to use birch poles, this Believe pillow and a classic colored plaid ribbon.

I don’t typically put a wreath on our front door. Most years I just let the door and side windows stand by itself. The stained glass windows give them instant style. Then I decorate around it.
I’ve had this Santa for years. I found him at a garage sale! He looks like he stepped straight out of a storybook and right onto my porch.

I collect vintage thermos and this Holiday one is a favorite! The Let it Snow pillow was a fun find this year!
Picking out wrapping paper and ribbon is so much fun! I loved this mix of plaid, simple trees and green buffalo plaid. Black and white check and plaid ribbon are the perfect add-ons! I just wrapped empty shoe boxes and cracker boxes.
I filled my big green planters with birch and red branches.

I love decorating with fresh greens and wrapping it around the porch railings. We buy it each year from the local Rotary Club fundraiser.
