I’m excited to share more of my Holiday decor for the It’s a Wonderful House Home Tour organized by Angelina of Petite Haus with 12 talented bloggers. You can find a complete list of the Christmas Home Tour participants and links to their pages at the bottom of this post.
If you are coming over from Lincluden Cottage Life isn’t her beautiful yellow cottage amazing?!! What a dream home! I’d love to welcome you to The Northwoods of Wisconsin. I decorated a home for the Manitowish Waters Christmas Home Tour. It was a gorgeous vacation rental, one of the properties managed by Northwoods Home Rentals. Follow the link to see all their rentals and availabilities. This property is known as The Grand Getaway.
The great room with its lofted ceiling is kept warm and inviting by it’s stone fireplace. The kitchen is just around the corner giving a partial open floor plan.
I didn’t want to cover up or distract from the beautiful dining room table so I lined up green and white trees in different textures collected over the years from Hobby Lobby and Home Goods. The plaid plates are Hobby Lobby and I made simple place card holders with tags from Walmart, left over greenery and plaid clothespins from the Target Dollar Spot. Head to this post to see how I used these same trees again on my Christmas Mantel.
Giant windows give amazing lake views and a snow globe feel to winter’s falling snow.
An abundance of throw pillows instantly gives the neutral rental home pops of color and a homey feel.
Looking down from the loft above gives a beautiful view of the unique slice of wood coffee table. I really like the antler chandelier.
The kitchen opens up to the great room. The kitchen tree is covered in red and white.
We had over 200 people go through the two hour Christmas Home Tour and had so much great feedback. It was such a fun experience and such an honor! I was really excited I could share a bit of it with you! See more in these posts:

The house you decorated for the home tour is fabulous!! I don’t even know where to start. The table is beautiful with all of the trees. The wreaths in the window caught my eye first. Adore the mantel and the tartans!
