Thanks so much to Chloe of Celebrate & Decorate and Andrea of Design Morsels for hosting this tour and including me! If you are coming over from Simple Nature Decor Blog , welcome to Camp Paradise, our Wisconsin home.
Welcome! I hope you will become a regular visitor if this is your first time on my site. For all my loyal readers, I’ve been so excited to share this table with you!
Camp Paradise is our lakeside log cabin home in The Northwoods of Wisconsin where my family lives surrounded by pine and birch forests on the shores of a gin clear lake. White Arrow Signs point your way throughout our community. The nostalgic signs inspired my blog name.
We love eating out on our back patio in the Summers. We redid our patio last Summer, expanding it’s footprint making space for gathering and lounging, eating and a built in grill island.
Many of you helped me choose this centerpiece when I went on Instagram Stories Live to let you help me choose between a few flower baskets I liked. Thank you for your help! I’m so excited about how it turned out!
The greenhouse turned these nautical canvas bags into planters. They put an upside down pot in the bottom to fill up space and help keep the bags shape. It also used less soil. I added the flags when I got home.
For each placesetting I used a mix of two dish patterns I found last Summer at Walmart. The plastic blue gingham dinner plate and bowl are separated by a melamine pattern salad plate from the Better Homes & Gardens collection I found on sale the end of last season.
The napkins are Threshhold from Target and I made the nautical rope napkin rings. See how here.
The tablecloth is one of my vintage camp blankets. I love the fringe coming off the end.
Drinks, fruit cups and other lunch items that need to stay cold wait in the Cola Cooler. A vintage minnow bucket works well as a wine chiller. The white ceramic lantern is from Walmart.
A birds eye view looking down from the porch above. My red flatware I found at vintage market.
Thanks for coming to visit. I know you’ll enjoy all the inspiration on this tour. Next you are heading to Calypso In The Country. Follow the links below so you don’t miss any ideas.
