I can’t keep these quick and easy peanut butter protein balls around, my family enjoys them so much for a healthy snack or after workout fueling.
When I need something to satisfy my kids and husband fast, I always turn to protein balls. Made with ingredients I have around the house, it’s simple for me to make a batch.

Ingredients
I keep a basket full of the ingredients together in my pantry so it is easy to pull it out and make them in minutes.
- Begin by adding 1 cup of oats to a bowl.
- Then ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- ¼ cup of honey

Protein
Add in one scoop of protein powder of your choice, I used pumpkin Molk protein powder for this batch. Use any protein of your choice and any flavor.

Protein Ball Supplies
Stir until combined. The mixture will be thick.

Roll into balls and you are done!

I like to keep these in the fridge in a Tupperware container where they can be easily grabbed for a treat or post workout fueling.
What’s fun about this recipe is that you can tweak it however you would like. You can add more ingredients in or take things out. I like to make them differently each time.

Add in: raisins, craisins, flax seeds, maple syrup, lemon, pumpkin puree, nuts, seeds,M & Ms…
Change up the protein flavor for the season or to keep it ever changing.

I collect vintage tins and love to add them in to my decor. This Peanut Butter tin was a fun find during #thriftingwiththegals, my weekly Instagram Stories feature I do with friends from around the country. Tune in Wednesday afternoons to follow along.
